Location Tracking Troubleshooting Guide

OVERVIEW


This document describes the steps that should be taken if a user's location is not appearing on the DigTix map. If all of the steps below have been completed and the user is still not being displayed on the DigTix map, please contact your DigTix support personnel.


 

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS


  1. Ensure the user is logged into DigTix and actively using DigTix on at least one device (laptop, tablet, mobile, etc).
  2. Review the user's operating system (OS) settings to verify location tracking is enabled at the device level. The steps to verify this depend on the type and version of the OS. Some common ones include:

  3. Review the user's internet browser settings to verify location tracking is enabled globally or for digtix.com. The steps to verify this depend on the type and version of the browser. Some common ones include:
