Communication Alerts
Purpose/Overview
In this article, you’ll learn how to view and manage Communication Alerts in Utilisphere. This feature helps you stay informed about important system messages such as system maintenance, failed transmissions, map results, and rejected contract locator responses.
Communication Alerts allow you to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that your ticket communications are processed accurately and efficiently. This feature is especially valuable for administrators, coordinators, and anyone responsible for monitoring ticket flow and system reliability.
Navigation Path:
To access this feature: Utilisphere > System Management > Communication > System > Alerts
Things to Know:
- Permissions: Access may be limited to administrators or users with system management roles.
Browser/Platform: Best viewed in modern browsers (Chrome, Edge).
- Limitations: Most alerts are informational; some may require follow-up action with your IT team or ticket center.

How It Works:
Follow these steps to review Communication Alerts:
Login and navigate to: System Management > Communication > System > Alerts.
Click Filter.
Filter Alerts by date or type and select Save. (Tip: Select “All” to see a full list.)
Note: Failed Transmission covers the majority of ticket-related issues.Filter by Date Form:
Filter by Type Form:Click OK.
On the Alert Summary screen, click the blue hyperlink to view alert details.
From the details view, you can see the Alert Information.
