You can review system alerts in Utilisphere such as System Maintenance, Failed Transmissions, Map Results, Rejected Contract Locator Responses etc. (see screenshot below for options available)
Steps to take:
- Login>System Management>Communication>System>Alerts>
- Choose the date/type in the filter (you can do all if you wish) Failed Transmission covers the majority of ticket related items
- On the Alert Summary simple click the blue hyperlink and it will display the details
- Click on the hyperlink below the ticket number and you can see the specific reason, or the second link allows you to see all to the specific address for a more efficient process.
