Responses to Center or Excavators are logged in the transmission history. You can also set up notifications to alert you when this happens to be more proactive for compliance purposes. Click HERE to learn about the notification alerts.
Steps to take:
- Login>System Management>Communication>transmission History>Filter by date and Type Positive Response to Center and Status Failure -Look up the tickets to see why the item failed

Choose your criteria such as date, status and type (Positive Response to Center or the Excavator)
Click on the hyperlink—it will open and tell you the reason for the failure
