Parcel Search Bulk Updates

Purpose/Overview

The Parcel Search Bulk Updates feature allows users to update multiple parcel records simultaneously from the Parcel Search results page. This feature helps streamline parcel management by eliminating the need to edit records individually, saving time and improving data consistency across multiple parcels.

Users can search for parcels using various search filters and then apply common updates to all selected records in a single action.

Navigation Path:

To access this feature: Tools > Parcel Search > Bulk Update Options 

Note: If a field is used as a search filter but is not configured to display as a grid column, the column will automatically appear in the search results. 

Things to Know:

• Bulk updates can only be applied to parcels selected in the search results grid.
• Available bulk update options may vary depending on system configuration.
• Changes made through bulk updates are applied to all selected parcel records simultaneously.

How It Works:

Follow these steps to update parcel information in bulk:

Step 1: Run a Parcel Search

Navigate to Tools > Parcel Search and run a search to locate the parcel records you want to update.

Step 2: Select Parcel Records

In the search results grid, select the parcels you want to update by using the checkboxes next to each record.

Step 3: Enter Bulk Update Values

In the Bulk Update Options section, enter or select the values you want to apply to the selected parcels.

Available bulk update options may include:

• Survey Status
• Title Status
• Acquisition Status
• Offline Status
• Field Work Dates
• Plat Dates
• Adjacent Parcel Information
• Parcel Type

Step 4: Apply the Updates

Click Update. The selected changes are applied to all selected parcel records.
