One Call Centers send their companies end of day audits once every twenty-four hours. Audits list tickets by registration code that One Call Centers attempted to send to companies during the day.
When UtiliSphere receives the audit it compares the tickets listed on the audit to the tickets received and lists the missing tickets in Audit Items.
Use filters to limit the audits shown by date received or registration code.
- On the End of Day Audits: [Filtered by] page, click Filter
- On the Filter End of Day Audit page, in the Option column click the filter and make your changes
One Call Centers send audits once every twenty four hours. Use Refresh to check for new audits.
- To see if a new audit is available, click Refresh. Result: The new audit appears, if available
- On the top menu bar, click System Management ( ) > Communication > One Call > Audits
- On the End of Day Audits: [Filtered by] page, click the link in the Center column to see the audit for the one call center
On the End of Day Audit Detail page, view the details of the audit

This section is the complete text of the audit from the One Call Center. Each One Call Center has a different audit format containing different information.
These are common fields. Many One Call Centers send additional information such as status and type, but each center defines such information differently.
Field Description Compliant / Noncompliant Indicates compliance of noncompliance of the excavator in the ticket Sequence number Assigned by the One Call Center to indicate the order the ticket was sent in the audit. In combination with the ticket number it identifies the ticket. It is unique per audit (24-hour period) Ticket Assigned by the One Call Center to name the ticket. In combination with the sequence number it identifies the ticket. It is unique per audit (24-hour period)
