Center Messages

Center Messages are messages the One Call Center sends to members letting them know of any news, events or reminders. Often these messages come when there is public awareness activity, offices closed for a holiday, or important messages related to ticket format changes.

                                                    

View Messages

  1. On the top menu bar, click System Management ( ) > Communication > One Call > Center Messages
  2. On the Message Summary page, to see a message, click a Center Name
  3. On the Message Detail page, the message displays 
  4. Optional. In the left column, click Print this Message

                                                    

Filter Messages

  1. In the upper right corner, click Filter
  2. On the Filter Messages by Received Date page, limit the messages displayed by date
  3. Click Save. Result: the Message Summary page appears with the messages limited by the dates you chose

                                                    

Check for New Messages

  1. In the upper right corner, click Refresh. Result: the Message Summary page appears with any messages received after the last time you loaded the page
