Purpose/Overview

The Grantor/Grantee feature allows users to record and manage information about parties involved in land rights transactions.

A Grantee is the individual or organization that receives rights or interests in a property, such as through an easement, lease, or land agreement. Capturing this information ensures accurate tracking of ownership interests and supports legal, operational, and reporting requirements.

This feature is intended for users managing parcel records who need to maintain clear and structured documentation of land ownership and rights.
