Purpose/Overview
The PowerBI Dashboards feature in the Irth Land platform provides an interactive reporting and analytics experience that allows users to visualize, analyze, and manage operational data directly within the system. Users can create, edit, duplicate, and manage dashboards without requiring external reporting tools.
The platform includes several pre-configured dashboards to help users quickly access key business insights, including:
- Land Management Overview Dashboard – Provides visibility into projects, agreements, payments, landowners, and upcoming expirations.
- Application Dashboard – Offers a high-level view of application activity, lease progress, and operational metrics.
- Project By Type Dashboard – Categorizes projects by type to support performance tracking and trend analysis.
In addition to the pre-configured dashboards, users can create custom dashboards using the Default Product Template or Blank Template to meet specific reporting requirements.
Reporting data is automatically refreshed nightly, and authorized users can manually refresh the reporting data model when needed to ensure the latest information is available.
