Analytics Overview


Purpose/Overview

In this article, you’ll learn about the different reporting and analytics options available in Utilisphere. The Analytics menu gives your organization multiple ways to review performance, monitor activity, and access insights. Each section of Analytics is designed to help you answer different types of questions—whether you need quick exports, detailed reports, or high-level analysis of specific activities.


To access this feature, go to Utilisphere > Analytics

From here, users can access analytics or build reports based on available data sets, filters, and time ranges.


Things to Know:

  • Permission Requirements: Users must be assigned the appropriate Analytics permissions within an assigned group role to access or modify analytics.
  • Availability of Geo Data Viewer and User Activity Viewer may depend on your organization’s features or setup.
  • Most sections provide export capabilities so you can take your insights offline.

Key Use Cases:

  • Track locate completion times and accuracy

  • Monitor compliance with state 811 requirements

  • Identify high-volume areas or peak workload times

  • Evaluate crew productivity and ticket turnaround

  • Support executive reporting with visual insights
