The Transmission History Summary is the list of all transmissions that have been sent by the system from the Transmission Queue (both items and tickets). The main sources of transmissions are:
- Auto process rules
- End of day audits
- Notifications
- Open ticket summaries
- Positive responses to excavator
- Scheduled exports
On the Transmission History Summary page, these are the columns used to list the transmissions. The columns can be sorted by clicking the column heading.

| Facility | The type of facility (ex. gas, electric, and water). See Facility Types |
| History Date | Date of transmission? |
| ID | ID of the item or ticket that generated the transmission |
| # (Number) | Number of attempts to send |
| Status | The status of the transmission. Delivered: the transmission was successfully sent |
| Type | The kind of transmission. |
- On the top menu bar, click System Management (
) > Communication > Transmission > History - On the Transmission History Summary page, use the Search and Filter features (below), to find the transmissions you want to process
- In the check box column, click the check box of the transmissions you want to process
In the upper right corner, in the Actions list, choose the action.
Action Description Forward Choose an additional recipient from the list or type an email address to which you can forward the transmission Resend The transmission is sent Send without Attachments The transmission is sent without attachments (image, PDF, etc)
You can search for transmissions by ID (item or ticket) or date the transmission was moved to the Transmission History.
- On the top menu bar, click System Management (
) > Communication > Transmission > History On the Transmission History Summary page, in the upper left corner, click Search (
)On the Search Transmission History page, search:
ID: Search for any string of numbers in the ID. Example: To find ID 201912086625, you can type any string of digits in it, for example, "1912"
Date: Search for transmissions by limiting your search to the date they were moved into the History
- Click Finish. Result: The search results appear
- On the top menu bar, click System Management (
) > Communication > Transmission > History - On the Transmission History Summary page, in the upper left corner, click Filter
On the Filter Transmission History page, choose how to filter the list of transmission on the summary page
Filter Default Destination Anywhere History Today Status Any Status Type Any Type - Click Save. Result: The Filter Transmission History page appears
- On the Filter Transmission History page, click OK. Result: the Transmission History Summary page appears with filters you chose
The Last Filter button reloads whatever transmissions the last filter setting retrieves (either the default or custom settings). It also clears the last search.
Transmissions are added to the history as they are sent by the system. Use Refresh to check for new transmissions since you last loaded the Transmission History Summary page.
- To see if a new transmissions have been sent, click Refresh (
) . Result: The new transmissions appear, if available
Use the Transmission History Item Detail to:
- See the information about the transmission, including the message text and history
- Resend or Forward the transmission
