Multi-Attachment Support in Response Action Control: Users can now upload multiple attachments within the Response action control across Desktop, Android, and Mobile Web in Utilisphere. This enhancement allows additional photos and documents to be included in a single response. Note: This capability is governed by a company‑level toggle.
