My Users filter option in the Workload Manager to provide supervisors with a streamlined view of only the users who report to them. This feature is aimed at enhancing user experience for supervisors and ensuring that they can manage their team effectively.
Key Features
New Filter
- A new filter called "My Users" is added to the Workload Manager's work summary view.
- This filter will only be available to users who are configured as supervisors for at least one other user in the system.
Default Setting
- The "My Users" filter will be enabled by default for supervisors as of the initial release.
- It will also be enabled for all newly configured supervisors in the system.
Persistence
- Supervisors can disable the "My Users" filter if they prefer not to use it. Once disabled, the filter will remain off for that user permanently, even across future sessions.
Filter Behavior:
- When enabled, the filter will show only the workloads of the following users:
- The supervisor (current user).
- Users who report directly to the supervisor.
- Users whose supervisor reports to the current supervisor.
- If the filter is disabled, the Workload Manager will return to its original behavior with no restrictions.
By Folder View
- When Workload Manager is set to the "By Folder" view, the "My Users" filter will have no effect.
- The filter will not attempt to identify folders containing tickets assigned to users reporting to the supervisor.
