- Click Reduction
- We’ve been able to reduce the number of ‘clicks’ on a task that a user needs to respond compared to our old mobile app, Utilisphere.
- Improved Mobile Syncing
- Data syncs in the background automatically, no required manual sync as with old mobile.
- Manual Syncing is available if someone chooses to use it.
- Improved Photo Capture
- Users can take more than one photo at a time and attach them to a task.
- Photos taken in the application will provide a timestamp as well as GPS-specific lat./long. on the image for record keeping.
- Enhanced Mapping
- We added a dual view of the map and list of items in one screen.
- Work Items
- Work items and tickets are together, no longer separated.
- Termed ‘Tasks’ in new Irth App.
- Multi–Select Actions/Batch Actions
- There is an added ‘multi-select mode’ – user able to click on multiple items and perform ‘batch’ or the same action on those items.
- SSO or Single-Sign On
- Once a user has logged into the app, they will remain logged in on their device indefinitely.
- Additionally, this functionality will allow a user to sign in and access company data if integrated with UtiliSphere.
- Routing
- Manual routing gives the user the opportunity via multi-select mode to select and order tickets in their preferred route.
- Optimized routing, the app considers timelines, emergencies et al, proximity, and more, to find the best route for the user.
- Start/End Work & Time Tracking
- The option to manually ‘clock in/out’ in the app.
- Future state option will be automated start/end work based on GPS location to a task.
- Combine Tickets (Future Release)
- New option to group similar tasks based on reg code or facility type to help with batch actions.
