Modified on Thu, Jun 26 at 12:15 PM

Easily take Utilisphere with you on the go. Here's how to get the app and log in seamlessly, ready for field workflows.

What You'll Need

  • Supported Device
    • Hardware: must be able to support the last two operating system versions released (either Androidriod or Apple iOS)
    • Software: within the two most recent versions based upon hardware's supported platform.
      Operating SystemVersionDownload Location
      Android13.0 or newer

      iOS16.0 or newer
  • Access Permissions
    • Your account must have at least one Mobile Profile with specific users assigned or a Mobile Profile set as 'Default'
  • Reliable internet access
    • Required for downloading and first-time login

Things to Know

  • Offline mode: The app caches your data regularly when within a coverage area, allowing offline access for field tasks when outside of coverage areas.
  • Automatic sync: the app syncs responses and tickets automatically--if you've been outside a coverage area, once you reconnect, all changes and completed items are synced automatically
  • App Updates: While there are settings on your device which allow automatic updates, each App Store stages automated updates to users to avoid slowing downloads. To avoid such delays, manually download the app when updates are avaialble.
  • Need Help? If you're unsure about which environment to select or run into access issues, contact your company administrator or the Irth Support Team.
