Instructions for Using QA Option


  • You have to be logged into Exactix and Coursettra to view the QA option.  



  • After you get logged in, click QA from the main menu.




  • After you login to Coursettra the QA program will open up.  This screen will show you how many tickets are in queue to be processed and the chart on the right hand side shows the Total In Queue by Priority Level.  To start processing tickets, click on Start New.


 

  • The ticket that has the highest priority will pull up on the screen.   The QA questions are listed on the left hand slide of the screen and you can click on the radio button next each question to score the question as a False or True.  You can use the scroll bars to advance through the questions and the ticket.



  • To view the map, click on the Side Panels link.


  • To return to the ticket screen click on the Ticket link.



  • After you have reviewed and scored the ticket, click on the Submit link on the bottom right hand corner to save the results.  If you think the ticket should be Flagged for Further Review, then click on that option.  If you are not done reviewing the ticket, but cannot finish it, then click on the Exit link.  This will requeue the ticket so the QA process can be finished.  The ticket will still remain in the top priority queue slot.



  • After you click on the Submit button, you can pull up the next ticket to be QA’d by clicking on the Next Exactix Ticket link on the bottom right hand side.

  • The next ticket in queue will appear and you can QA that ticket.


  • After you are finished checking tickets, then click on the Exit link on the bottom right hand side of the screen.


  • After clicking on Exit you will go back to the main screen.  Click on Log Out to close the QA program.
