More Flexible Photo Pass Requirements: We’ve added a new configuration option that lets you control what percentage of photos must pass for a ticket to be considered successful. This setting is now available in the Photo Requirements section, making it easier to fine‑tune how Photo AI evaluates tickets. We also simplified the section name by removing “Location” for a cleaner, more intuitive setup experience.
WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Smarter Attachment Delivery: We’ve improved how attachments are handled. The system now checks whether an attachment has already been sent and avoids sending duplicates. When a ticket is reissued, attachment history is reset, so required files are sent again for the updated ticket, helping ensure the right attachments go through at the right time.
Ticket IDs Added to Alert Emails: We’ve made it easier to identify alerts at a glance. Alert emails now include the related ticket ID directly in the subject line, so you can quickly tell which ticket an alert belongs to, without opening the email. This makes reviewing, sorting, and tracking alerts much faster and more efficient.
WHAT'S FIXED:
Photo AI Scoring Timing: We fixed an issue where tickets with attached photos could look “done” before Photo AI had a chance to review and score them. Photo scoring is now reflected more clearly, so what you see better matches what’s actually been processed.
Photo AI Ticket Summary Fields: We fixed an issue where Photo AI values on the Ticket Summary screen didn’t always match the actual photo results. The # of User Attachments, # of Valid Images, and Pass or Fail per Images fields now display more accurate information.
More Reliable Process Automation Triggers: We fixed an intermittent issue where the TicketFolder process automation didn’t always trigger after a ticket response was recorded. The automation now fires more consistently, ensuring webhooks are triggered as expected, and downstream integrations receive ticket updates reliably.
