SMS Notifications for Tickets in Folders:You can now send SMS alerts when a ticket is added to a folder. Messages can include dynamic info like Callback Phone and Locator. If the excavator’s SMS number isn’t available, the system uses the Primary Contact Number. Admins can also see failed SMS attempts to update contact info. This helps ensure timely communication even before tickets are assigned.
