ATTN Customers:  Utilisphere Sandbox Data Refresh to begin July 11th


ENVIRONMENT: Sandbox Data


We will be performing a scheduled system refresh of the Utilisphere Prod Sandbox (https://sandbox.irth.com/) environment beginning July 11th at 8pm EST and ending July 13th at 8pm EST. During this window, the Prod Sandbox may experience intermittent downtime and will be unavailable at times while the restore process is completed. Please note that this refresh will also overwrite any custom settings currently in your Prod Sandbox environment.


Utilisphere CL Sandbox will not receive a refresh at this time. If you are unsure of which sandbox you use, check your saved URL for the CL reference as follows: https://clsandbox.irth.com.


Our team is managing this process with the utmost care to ensure the protection of your data and minimal disruption.
