DIRT Standard App
You can now use the new standard DIRT app to send data to the Common Ground Alliance’s DIRT system (Damage Information Reporting Tool).
Re-get the Insights AI Score
When viewing the Score Calculation Details window for the AI Insights smart score, you can now use the Retry link to manually retrieve the score.

Archived Tickets Can Now be Linked to Related Items
When a ticket is archived, any related item links now open the related item.
Create a New Task/Item if One Does Not Exist
Process automation rules now have a new action: Create if One Does not Exist or Link to New Version of the Ticket if it Exists. This new rule means a ticket event can either create a new item if there are no items linked to the ticket or, if there are linked items, they will be linked to the ticket that triggered the event.

Prompt to Download New App
The system now automatically prompts users to download the new version of the app. You can specify the date the old app will be disabled and the date the new app is enabled. Users see the prompt message 90, 60, 30, 14, and 1 day(s) before the old app is disabled. After the date, users must download the new app.

Add Attachments to Public Work Items
When creating a public form, you can now allow items to have multiple attachments, such as photos.
