Workload Manager Multiple Select
Purpose / Overview
This article explains how company administrators can enable the Multi-Select option in the Workload Manager and outlines how it functions within the system. Multi-select improves usability by allowing users to view and work with multiple groups (users or folders) at once.
Navigation Path:
To access this feature: Utilisphere > Workload > Workload Manager
How It Works:
Follow these steps to setup or enable:
Enable Multi-Select Option
Log in as a Company Admin.
From the top blue menu bar, navigate to:
Workload → Workload Manager ConfigurationsIn the configuration settings, enable the checkbox labeled Enable Multi-Select.
Save
Access the Workload Manager
From the top blue menu bar, go to:
Workload → Workload ManagerYou should now see the Multi-Select feature in the Workload Manager.
- This feature allows you to select multiple users or folders at once and displays the combined tickets or tasks assigned to the selected groups.

- View tickets from multiple folders or users at once.
- Improve efficiency when monitoring or reviewing grouped workloads.
- Maintains consistent behavior for assignment and ticket management actions.
Things to Know:
- The user must have admin permissions to enable this option
