VERSION: 49.0.0

WHAT'S NEW:

  • Response Listeners Management– A new administration page provides a centralized view of response listener configurations, allowing authorized users to review settings and manage supported fields and PR credentials. Access is controlled by existing table-level permissions.

  • Compact UI Preference for DigTix Grids– Users can enable Compact UI from the account menu to reduce grid spacing and display more rows on desktop screens. The preference is saved separately for each device and is currently in beta.

  • Close Code Restrictions by Permission Group– Administrators can restrict which Permission Groups can select specific Close Codes, providing more granular control over ticket updates while preserving existing behavior when restrictions are not enabled.

  • Ticket Suppression– Administrators can configure up to three sequential ticket-priority stages for Strict View users. Emergency tickets remain visible, and users can still access specific tickets through search when they have the required permissions.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Open Locate Request Directions in Maps– Users can open directions to individual tickets or create a route through multiple selected tickets from the Locate Requests grid. An Open In Maps link is also available on the Locate Request Completion screen when valid coordinates exist.

  • Facility Owner Access and Multi-Facility Support– New restrictions allow administrators to limit facility owners to completed tickets, hide internal user information, restrict searchable and custom fields, and control ticket data access. Facility Owner users can now also be affiliated with multiple facility owners.

  • Customizable Locate Request Details– Users can reorganize detail sections to suit their workflow. The responsive layout adapts to desktop and mobile screens, with saved section arrangements and improved visibility of contact and work information.

  • Improved Mobile Locate Request Header– The redesigned header organizes ticket information and actions more efficiently, reducing horizontal scrolling. Actions are now listed alphabetically, and the Revision Number is displayed in the Actions menu when applicable.

  • Enhanced Grid and Work Order Management– Grid hover and selection states are clearer, the Work Order grid now includes a Completed filter, and grid columns resize more consistently to improve readability.

  • Improved First Task Workflow– Eligible hourly users can select their first task for the next workday from the ticket details page or grid. Users can also begin working on a designated First Task immediately without waiting for its scheduled start time.

  • Enhanced Administration and Notifications– Administrators can configure Close Code exclusions by OCC Ticket Type. Notification screens now display expiration details and acknowledgment timestamps, and supported admin pages use a more consistent side-sheet layout.

  • Additional Reporting and Filtering Improvements– The Billing Detailed CSV Export now includes a Revision column, Assigned User filters support multiple selections, and the Follow-Up grid displays the Ticket Transmitted Date.

  • Improved Invoice and Incident Workflows– The Create Invoice side sheet retains entered information during the active session, and the Call Center Notified field is now a checkbox for simpler updates.

  • New UI Access for All Users– All users now have access to the New UI. Existing users can retain Classic UI as their default, while new users automatically receive New UI access.

  • Dark Mode and Diagram Improvements– Hyperlinks are easier to identify in Dark Mode, and Diagram Attachments now support complex ticket polygons with multiple latitude/longitude points.

WHAT'S FIXED:

  • User Role Permission Search– Search now includes all section headings, permission names, and toggle names, helping administrators locate permissions more reliably.

  • Custom Views Retain Completed Status– Custom Views configured to show only Completed tickets now retain the selected status in the New UI instead of defaulting to Open tickets.

  • Improved Photo Upload Reliability– Locator photo uploads no longer remain stuck in Pending status and will complete successfully.

  • Guided Workflow Supports Offline Ticket Entry– DigTix now correctly transitions to offline mode when network connectivity is lost, allowing users to continue ticket creation and processing even when Guided Workflow is enabled.

  • Preserve Custom Views When Applying Quick Filters– Applying Quick Filters now adds criteria to existing Custom View filters instead of replacing the view and removing its configured filters.
