Irth Land Release Notes (version 26.10)

Here are some of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes included in the 26.10 release, scheduled for production deployment on 10/14/2026.

WHAT'S NEW:

Framework

• Customer Outreach One-Off Payments – Users can now create one-time or recurring payments for landowners and non-participating stakeholders associated with a ticket, with support for approval, payment processing, and reporting.

ALT

• Split Project by Agreements – Introduces a new workflow for restructuring projects by moving multiple eligible agreements to another project. Users can also move selected parcels from an agreement when only part of an agreement needs to be transferred. Changes are applied after the configured approval process is completed.
• Parcels by Created Date Report – The new ALT021 report allows users to retrieve and export parcel information for a selected project, with an optional parcel creation date range.

• Parcel Module One-Off Payments – Users can now create one-time or recurring payments for applicable parcel-related obligations and route them through the configured approval process. Approved payments can also be searched and processed through Payment Manager.
• Parcel Payment Reporting – Parcel payment information is now supported in reporting APIs, SSRS Reports, and Power BI views.

• Updated Freshdesk Knowledge Base Article for Irth Land – The Irth Land Freshdesk Knowledge Base article has been updated with the latest product and release information, improved formatting, and a more consistent documentation style. Relevant hyperlinks have also been added to help users navigate to related articles and find supporting information more efficiently.

• Searchable Long Text, Text Area, and Comments Fields – Administrators can now configure these fields as search filters for Parcel, Agreement, and Project searches, making detailed record information easier to find.
• Improved Tool Search Performance – Document, Parcel, Project, and Lease Search operations now make better use of cached data, reducing unnecessary database calls during filtering, pagination, and supported exports.
• Updated My Requests and My Approvals – Quick views now provide a more consistent layout, improved Ticket # visibility, and clearer grouping of Change Order tickets.
• Vendor # Editing for Non-Participating Stakeholders – Authorized users can now edit Vendor # values based on the Edit Vendor # special permission.
• Unique Vendor ID Validation – A new validation option can prevent duplicate Vendor IDs across Landowner, Contact, Payee, and Entity records.
• GIS Measurement Units – GIS Service Catalog units are now aligned with the selected geometry type, preventing incompatible unit selections and improving measurement accuracy.
• Enhanced GIS Portlets – Agreement Payees and Lease Landowners portlets now use consolidated Address and Contact Info columns for a more streamlined view of key information.
• Creation Date Filters – Search Tickets and Search Projects now include From Date and To Date filters, allowing users to narrow results based on when records were created.

• Automated Monthly CPI Synchronization – CPI data is now automatically retrieved monthly from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, reducing manual entry while maintaining historical data and synchronization traceability.
• Improved Lease Expiration Notifications – 60-Day Lease Expiration notifications now use a clearer table format, exclude configured agreement statuses, and sort agreements by Project Name and Expiration Date.
• Enhanced Index Manager Filtering – Column-level filtering makes it easier to locate specific index records and manage larger sets of index data.
• Payment Forecast Report – The ALT010 Payment Forecast Validation Report now displays Due Date without the time component, providing a cleaner and more readable report.
• Agreement Manager Performance – Key Agreement Manager actions, including opening parcels in pop-ups and adding Agreement Form Records, have been optimized for faster response times.

• Additional Document Search Filters – Document Search now supports Effective Date and Executed Date range filters, helping users locate documents more efficiently.
• Improved Parcel Search Performance – Parcel Search has been optimized to reduce processing time and provide faster, more reliable search results.
• Faster Parcel-Level Workflow – Performance improvements reduce the time required to approve records and load large payment result sets in the ROW parcel-level workflow. 

WHAT'S FIXED:

Framework

• GIS Project Visibility – GIS now correctly applies project visibility permissions, allowing users to see projects they are authorized to access.
• GIS Bulk Import Duplicates – Re-importing the same shape for the same Agreement no longer creates duplicate tract shapes.
• Bulk Data Update Issues – Issues affecting duplicate EasementsCollectionLines records, Agreement Milestone Expected Dates, and Title Document Type values have been resolved.
• Power BI Access and Reporting – Issues affecting dashboard access, permissions, and report loading have been resolved for a more reliable reporting experience.
• DocGen Templates and Document Generation – Users can now successfully create and update templates, preview documents, and generate documents without the previously reported errors.
• Project Deletion Workflow – The unnecessary second page refresh after saving the Project Deletion workflow has been removed, providing a faster save experience.
• User Account List – The report now includes all active users and accurately reflects the total number of users in the application.

ALT

• Payment Directive Reporting – Reporting views now correctly reflect payments distributed through payment directives, providing more accurate payment information.
• Vendor Mode – Updating a payment method no longer incorrectly triggers Vendor Mode or increases the Vendor file count.
• Bulk DocGen Payment Files – Bulk DocGen now successfully generates the required payment file after Checklog approval.
• Assign/Modify Entity Confirmation – Users now receive a confirmation message after successfully saving entity changes.

ROW

• Document Pagination – Read-only users can now navigate between multiple pages of documents in Parcel > Parcel Info > Documents.
• Bulk Import Landowner Details – Landowner information is now correctly imported for applicable tracts, including bulk imports containing more than 4,000 tracts.
• Parcel Permissions – Special Conditions and Survey Restrictions are now governed by the appropriate Parcel page permissions rather than Lease Manager permissions.
