WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• Advanced Grid Searches now support up to eight filter criteria, providing greater flexibility when creating complex searches and refining results.  
• Reminder notifications have been streamlined by consolidating multiple "Select First Task for Tomorrow" reminders into a single notification while preserving the complete notification history.  
• Admin Close Codes and CDC management have been modernized with side sheets replacing standalone view pages, allowing administrators to view and edit records without leaving the main grid.  
• Data integrity has been strengthened by preventing CDC records associated with active Billables or Tickets from being deactivated or deleted.  
• Sort and Filter menus have been enhanced with improved layouts, repositioned options, and more accurate indicators showing the number of active sorts and filters.  
• Column and filter consistency has been improved across Locates and Follow-Ups, with additional Assigned User Manager and Team Name filtering options available in the New UI.  
• New user onboarding has been simplified by enabling New UI access by default and ensuring at least one user interface remains enabled for every account.  
• Guided Workflow enforcement has been enhanced by restricting Bulk Update functionality for eligible Guided Workflow users, helping ensure the intended workflow is followed.  
• The Responsible Locator field now supports inactive users, allowing historical and inactive user associations to be maintained where required.  
• Time Clock entries now display time zone abbreviations in the Time Selector, improving clarity for users working across multiple time zones.

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Fixed a layout rendering issue that could occur after resizing the map panel and switching between grid layouts, ensuring layouts display correctly without requiring additional adjustments.
• Corrected Ticket Assignment History so each history entry displays only the most recent user assignment without requiring a page refresh.  
• Improved the performance and reliability of the Response menu in large client environments by optimizing data retrieval and loading
