Recently, the PUCO requested gas operators to provide a very detailed list of number, most of which focused on ticket data and specific response usage. This request left many operators scrambling to perform exports and sort the data as best they could into excel templates. So far, we have provided data for Q1 2026 and Q2 2026, and we expect this request to be made quarterly moving forward. I will detail below the items the gas operators were requested to provide, and even though some questions do require us to combine ticket data and damage data, damage data is something we currently upload into Utilisphere monthly. This request is to have the ability to combine ticket and damage data into a single canned report or report template that would allow to quickly and easily answer these questions moving forward. We feel having such a feature would be attractive to any current OH Utilisphere customers but also to potential future Utilisphere customers in OH.
