We need the ability to pull User reports with specific columns - when set up, last entry, etc. etc. Those that use the app show the last log in years ago since they do not need to log out of the app. In order to fully check User use, we need to be able to pull a report with information we choose.

In addition to the items currently included in the User Summary Report: User set up date, disabled date(s), enabled date(s), folders they are Personnel on, last date accessed any Utilisphere platform (or would this be applicable when using the app that doesn't require log out/in), last date responded to a ticket, Utilisphere platform accessed.
I'll add if I think of others.

Hi Jana,
Thanks for sharing those examples — user creation date and last login/access date are helpful starting points. Could you provide the full list of values/columns you'd expect to see included, rather than just a couple of examples? That will help us properly scope and evaluate the request.
