Irth Land Release Notes (version 26.07)

Here are some of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes included in the 26.07 release, scheduled for production deployment on 07/22/2026.

• Permanent Project Deletion Workflow
  •  Introduced a secure, permission-based workflow that enables authorized administrators to permanently delete duplicate projects. 
  •  Supports single or bulk project deletion with audit logging, automatic rollback protection, and metadata-driven record cleanup to maintain data integrity.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• Agreement Obligations Management - Added configurable obligation fields, enhanced assignment options, improved due date calculations, automated reminder notifications, and recurring obligation scheduling. 
• Bulk USLandGrid Parcel Data Synchronization - Added bulk synchronization options for parcel geometry and selected attributes across an entire project, reducing manual review effort. 
• GIS Viewer Performance - Improved GIS project loading and Asset List performance for faster navigation and better responsiveness. 
• GIS Permissions - Added advanced permissions for controlling who can add notes and documents from the GIS interface. 
• Service Catalog - Enhanced credential management with automatic authentication support and token generation configuration. 
• Archived Project Search - Authorized users can now search, access, and edit archived projects without requiring project assignments.

• Bulk Data Update Tool - Added support for importing and updating Parcel Agreement records. 
• Legal Description Configuration - Added dropdown field support, improved configuration flexibility, and enhanced import and reporting capabilities.

WHAT'S FIXED:

Framework

•  Improved USLandGrid synchronization by resolving ZIP Code, State, and Landowner difference detection issues.
•  Fixed workflow approval processing, GIS SSO authentication, DocuSign workflow, document generation, and duplicate entity import issues.

• Fixed Agreement Payee editing, excluded parcel updates, project navigation, Notes Grid display, payment template validation, and Agreement Information permission issues.

ROW

•  Resolved Parcel Type and Property Type synchronization issues to prevent unintended data updates.
•  Fixed Project and Parcel Search results to display all authorized projects consistently. 
•  Corrected parcel county selection, Check Log Grid display, Excel export issues, and landowner panel visibility for read-only users.
