Irth Land Release Notes (version 26.04)

Here are few of the new features, improvements, and bug fixes included in 26.04 release scheduled for production release on 15/04/2026.

   A centralized Power BI dashboard providing visibility into land assets, payments, agreements, and project performance with interactive insights.
• Default Power BI Reporting Template & Data Model Refresh
   Enables users to build custom dashboards with automated and manual refresh capabilities for up-to-date reporting.
• Workflow Time Reporting Reports
   New reports for tracking workflow performance, agent productivity, and detailed time logs. 

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• USLandGrid Parcel Sync Enhancements
   Improved parcel import reliability with default parcel type enforcement, multi-service support, and enhanced data mapping.

• Dashboard & Performance Optimization
   Streamlined ‘My Dashboard’ with faster load times, simplified layout, and improved navigation.
• CPI Calculation Enhancements
   Added configurable minimum and maximum CPI limits for more accurate agreement payment calculations.

  •  Configurable GIS Acres column in Lease Manager 
  •  Support for configurable currency symbol (UK clients)

•  Fixed GIS login authentication issues 
•  Resolved parcel sync workflow, mapping, and data consistency issues

•  Resolved agreement report export and document generation job failures 
•  Addressed UI and workflow inconsistencies across modules
