WHAT'S NEW:

  • Ticket Time Tracking & Guided Arrival Workflow
    Introduced a structured Start → Drive → Arrive → Work → Stop workflow to improve ticket processing and time tracking. This includes automated drive/work timers, a simplified arrival screen, and enhanced visibility for supervisors through the Locate Requests grid.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Custom Views Enhancements
     Added Synced Views for organization-wide consistency and introduced Simplified UI Mode to support new users with a guided experience.

  • Enhanced Reporting & Time Tracking
     New work order completion metrics added to time clock entries, providing better insights into user productivity.

  • Grid & Filtering Improvements
     Enhanced filtering capabilities added new fields (User Groups, State), and improved visibility across work order grids.

  • UI & Usability Enhancements

    • Responses page now supports bulk actions and export to XLS

    • Incidents grid includes “Color By” option

    • Public landing page supports image preview

    • Initial Call Notes can be expanded in a dialog for better usability  

  • System & Platform Updates
     Upgraded OpenLayers library for improved stability and performance.

  • Additional Enhancements

    • Improved iOS file upload handling

    • Reinstated Ticket Follow-Up Notes field

WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Fixed date reset issue when using “Filter Tickets in Map Extent”

  • Resolved incorrect results in First Completion Date search

  • Fixed SSO login error for users with spaces in names

  • Corrected image rotation issue in Incidents uploads
