Irth Land Release Note v25.07

Here are few of the new features, improvements, and bug fixes included in 25.07 release scheduled for production release on 07/23/2025.

WHAT'S NEW:

Bulk Data Update Tool (ALT and ROW)

A new self-service Bulk Data Update Tool has been introduced to simplify historical data migration for new and existing clients.
Key features:

• Upload structured Excel templates for project data

• Schedule and track import jobs via UI

• Built-in validation with detailed error feedback

Configurable Attribute Mapping for Parcel Shapes

Admins can now configure attribute mapping for parcel shape imports (e.g., from USLandGrid) without custom coding.
Highlights:

• New UI in GISviewer to map incoming attributes to system fields

• Reusable mappings for on-demand and scheduled parcel sync

• Attribute lists now displayed alphabetically

EULA Acceptance Removed at First Login

The EULA acceptance prompt on first login has been removed.
Why this matters:
 All users now operate under the organization's existing MSA, streamlining onboarding and ensuring consistency.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

Payments Enhancements

• Auto-Generation of Payment Tags (ALT): Numeric/Currency custom fields can now auto-generate payment tags for use in calculations, improving configuration efficiency.

• Lease Expiration Notification Logic (ALT): 60-day lease expiry alerts are now scheduled monthly (1st of each month) with corrected logic for more accurate notice.

• Cancellation Comments Visibility (ALT): Comments added during payment cancellation are now shown in the UI and reports.

• Check Log Preview Grid (ALT): A new sortable “Agreement Number (Text)” column allows improved data handling in the grid.

• New Royalty Reporting Views (ALT): Structured views introduced for better royalty data reporting and analysis.

Parcel & Integration Enhancements

• USLandGrid Sync Comparison: Enhanced attribute comparison logic improves accuracy in scheduled parcel data syncs.

• Parcel Info Page Load (ROW): Performance optimized for faster loading, now within SLA (3 seconds).

Reporting Enhancements

• Reports Administration UI: Added description fields, new dropdowns, and a configuration panel for better report management.
• Grouped Reports by Business Flow: Reports can now be organized by business area, improving discoverability.
• SSRS Dashboard: Dropdown redesigned into tree-view with category-based grouping and report descriptions.

• Lease Mail List Report: Added “Contact Number” and “Alternate Email” columns; email fallback logic improves data completeness.

• ZIP File Naming: Report scheduler ZIP names are now shorter and easier to manage.

• Updated "Notes by Tract" Report (ROW): Cleaned layout, restructured columns, and improved parameter flexibility.

Mobile & Control Enhancements

• Geogrid Control on Mobile (Framework): Now fully supported on mobile, matching web behavior including add/edit and permissions.

• Docgen Library for DOT (DOT): Added support for inserting DOT-specific tags into templates for seamless document generation.

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Payee Editing Validation Removed (ALT): Removed unnecessary validation blocking payee edits when Reconcile Payments is not configured.

• Faster Load Time for Bulk Edit in Custom Field Permissions (ALT): Reduced bulk edit load time from 2–3 minutes to 2–3 seconds for better performance.

• Turbine Import Template Download Fixed (ALT): Resolved issue where the Turbine Import.xlsx file couldn't be downloaded.

• Error When Updating Template for New Records: Fixed inconsistent error while updating templates for newly created records.

• Primary Address Auto-Display After Import (ALT): Fixed issue requiring manual refresh to view primary address in Parcel Landowner panel.

• Unnecessary ‘Add New Record’ Button Removed (ROW): Removed non-functional button from Lease Notes grid to avoid navigation errors.

• Missing Agreement Count for Marriage Groups (ALT): Restored agreement counts visibility and interactivity in Landowner Search for marriage groups.

• Payment Date Radio Button Not Auto-Selected (ALT): Fixed import issue where “Payment Dates” radio button was not automatically selected.

• Preview Documents No Longer Saved to Parcel Documents (ROW): Previewed documents are no longer wrongly saved under Parcel Documents tab.

• Ownership Share Not Populating After Import (ALT): Fixed issue where Ownership Share was blank after importing agreements.

• Improved Parcel Identification in Dense Areas: Added unique Parcel IDs to land grid entries for easier identification in congested areas.

• Import Error from ‘45. Additional Agreement Data’ Sheet: Fixed data type mismatch causing import failures from custom fields sheet.

• Incorrect 30-Day Payment Reminder Title (ALT): Corrected notification title from “60 days” to “30 days” for upcoming payments.

• GISViewer Deleted Shapes Handling Improved: Soft-deleted shapes moved to a dedicated table; improves data cleanliness and performance.

• Workflow Scheduling Reliability Enhanced: Fixed failures in scheduled workflows by adding automatic retries, integrity preservation, and error logging.
