Recent enhancements to the Irth platform have introduced new field visibility for One Call Center (OCC) positive responses. Users can now view both the OCC Name and Code directly within the existing UI. Screen Columns for Positive Response Name and Code
Two new columns, Positive Response Name and Positive Response Code, are available to be added to the Ticket Summary screen.
Filter Options for Positive Response Name and Code
Users can now filter tickets by Positive Response Name and Positive Response Code in the Ticket Summary.
Pick Your Own Export
The Positive Response Name and Positive Response Code fields are now available in the Pick Your Own Export feature.
