You can add or modify help files and support contact information.
- On the top menu bar, click System Management ( ) > Administration > General > Help Files
- On the Manage Help Files page, in the left column, click Add a Help Item
- To make edits, see Edit Help File, step 2, below
- On the Manage Help File page, to the right of the name of the help file you want to edit, click Edit ( )
On the Add Help Item page, fill the fields:
Field Description Category Categories are headings you use to organize your help files
Click the dropdown to choose a category or click New... to create a new category
Description The descriptive text following the Friendly Name on the Manage Help Files page Friendly Name The clickable name of the help file on the Manage Help Files page Type File: The help file you want to upload into the system. Click Browse to locate the file on your computer or network
Link: The URL of the help file
- Click Save to save the file
- On the top menu bar, click System Management ( ) > Administration > General > Help Files
- On the Manage Help Files page, in the left column, click Modify Support Contact Details
On the Modify Support Contact Details page, make edits:
Field Description Email The email for support Phone Number The phone number for support - Click Save
