we were hoping to get a push going for adding the URL to USA ticket numbers on a work item Power BI report. when we enter our damages on the form we created, we would like to be able to have the URL attached to the ticket for simple look up. it's helpful for the admins in our company that don't use the system in depth like others and not sure how to archive search as well as others.
