Efforts to address two items noted with the new QA Portal are underway, but will not be fully vetted in time for a push this evening. We will plan to push these to production after hours tomorrow November 13th.
Keyboard Navigation: Tab to Questions, Arrow to Answer, Space Bar to Select
Auto-Refresh Query: Reported errors of system freezes after trying to 'Get Next Ticket' appear to be related to the auto-refresh happening on your dashboard in the background. This will be updated so that when an agent has an open assessment, the auto-refresh will not be taking place in the background. Instead, the refresh will only be active when the dashboard is in focus.
