Here are few of the new features, improvements, and bug fixes included in 25.10 release scheduled for production release on 10/29/2025.

VERSION: 25.10

WHAT'S NEW:

Workflow Time Reporting (Framework)

A brand-new Time Reporting feature allows approvers to log and track time spent on each workflow step.

  • Add detailed time entries with start and end times, duration (auto-calculated), work category, and descriptions.

  • Improves visibility into agent productivity and project timelines.

  • All logged entries are viewable in a workflow-level grid for better reporting and accountability.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Power BI Dashboard Management
Enhanced permissions and UI to ensure users can only edit their own dashboards, maintaining better data integrity and security.

  • GISViewer LogRocket Integration (ALT & ROW)
Added session replay, analytics, and error tracking to improve debugging and user experience visibility.

  • USLandGrid Parcel Sync Enhancements

    • Option to ignore unchanged sync differences in future cycles.

    • Introduced configurable geometry tolerance (default 5%) for accurate parcel comparisons.

    • Added failure notifications, auto “no change” alerts, and quarterly scheduling for smoother operations.

  • Payee Save Button Control (ALT)
New configuration hides the Save button for payees with pending or approved payments—preventing accidental edits.

  • Landowner Merge Address Management
Administrators can now choose whether secondary addresses are deleted or retained during merges for flexible data retention.

  • Payment Scheduling Enhancements (ALT)

    • Added new “Alt. First Payment Date” and “Quarter Start” options for improved payment scheduling.

    • Introduced recurring payment date logic with monthly or annual frequencies.

  • Automatic CPI Integration (ALT)
Payment templates now automatically pull Consumer Price Index (CPI) data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics API—ensuring accurate, up-to-date adjustments and full audit tracking.

  • geoCoreService API – Filtered Views
Developers can now retrieve targeted datasets by filtering view results directly via column-value pairs, boosting performance and precision.

  • Custom Fields Optimization
System performance improved by preventing log entries for blank or null field values, reducing unnecessary data overhead.

WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Framework Fixes

    • Project maps now load correctly when switching projects.

    • Grantor field synchronization restored between Title and Summary sections.

    • Dependent Dropdowns now correctly display required field indicators (*).

    • Custom fields can now be created, edited, and saved without errors.

    • Newly created workflows display correctly in all grids.
