Irth Land Release Notes (version 25.10)

Here are few of the new features, improvements, and bug fixes included in 25.10 release scheduled for production release on 10/29/2025.

WHAT'S NEW:

Workflow Time Reporting (Framework)
 Track time spent on workflow activities with the new Time Reporting tab.

• Allows approvers to log activity time with start/end fields, duration auto-calculation, and configurable work categories (e.g., Document Review, Landowner Meeting, etc.).

• Provides full visibility of all logged time in a workflow-level grid, improving project tracking and accountability.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:

• Power BI Dashboard Management: Enhanced access control ensures users can only edit dashboards they created. Updated UI dynamically adjusts options based on user permissions for safer and more personalized data visualization.

• GISViewer LogRocket Integration (ALT & ROW): Integrated session replay, analytics, and error tracking for better issue resolution and user experience insights.

• USLandGrid Parcel Sync Enhancements
   Improved parcel synchronization with:

  • “Ignore Future Syncs” option for recurring data matches.

  • Configurable geometry tolerances (5% default).

  • New failure notifications and quarterly scheduling for data accuracy.

• Payee Save Button Visibility (ALT): Added control to hide the “Save” button on payee records when payments are pending or approved, preventing unwanted edits.

• Landowner Merge – Address Management: Administrators can now configure whether secondary addresses are retained or deleted during merges, ensuring compliance with data retention policies.

• Payment Integration Updates (ALT): Introduced flexible on-demand or scheduled payment data transfers, with post-approval locking to protect records after final approval.

• Payment Scheduling Enhancements (ALT): Refined scheduling options with new first payment date logic, “Quarter Start” payment frequency, and recurring payment configuration for more accurate financial timelines.

• Automatic CPI Retrieval (ALT): Payment templates now automatically pull Consumer Price Index (CPI) data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics API for accurate, up-to-date payment adjustments with full audit tracking.

• geoCoreService API – Filtered Views: Developers can now retrieve targeted datasets by filtering views directly through column-value parameters, improving performance and reducing post-processing.

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Framework Fixes:

  • Project map loading issue resolved — maps now render correctly when switching projects.

  • Version History link for Parcel Workflows restored.

  • Grantor field now synchronizes correctly across all sections.

  • Workflow Form Field Email reviewers now receive approval notifications.

  • Document Import zip file upload restored.

  • Newly created workflows now display properly in all grids.

  • Required field asterisks display correctly for Dependent Dropdowns.

• ALT-Specific Fixes:

  • Resolved duplicate “Report” hyperlink visibility issue.

  • Corrected turbine data grid sorting issue.

  • Fixed Obligation Type dropdown sorting logic.

  • Restored LogRocket performance monitoring and Royalty Processing for custom periods.
