Grouped Ticket Count on Ticket Summary

When our tickets come into the system from 811 we have them split into 5 internal tickets (1 for each of the 5 utilities we are responsible for locating).  All of us (office staff and locators) have our profiles set to combine the tickets with the same number (also to include all tickets that were combined when performing an action on selected tickets).  Before this last update (according to all of my locators) the ticket count on the summary would show the # of grouped tickets - now it is showing the total # of tickets (example: board shows ticket ABC123 and it counts it 5 times for the 5 internal tickets instead of 1 time for the "group").


Is there a way to add to the profile how we want the counts to show on the summaries - count each grouping as 1 or count all tickets?
