Add Facility Locations and Responsibility Areas to Ticket Datasets in Power BI

To expand reporting capabilities and support deeper operational insights, adding Facility Location and Responsibility Area as available dimensions in the Ticket datasets within Power BI would be meaningful.

These fields would allow users to:

  • Segment and analyze ticket volume, response times, and outcomes by facility

  • Track trends and accountability within designated responsibility areas

  • Align reporting with internal structures for more actionable insights and targeted process improvements

This enhancement would be especially valuable for organizations with distributed teams or region-based operations, helping bridge the gap between field activity and strategic oversight.
