To support more comprehensive operational analysis and user accountability, it would be highly beneficial to include manual screening and dispatch-related fields—currently available only in the Live dataset—within the Historical Power BI dataset.

These values provide critical context for understanding human interaction with Screener workflows and separating automation-driven outcomes from user-driven actions.

Current Gaps

The following data points are not currently available in the Historical dataset and have no comparable dimensions:

  • Hours_To_Manually_Screen

  • Manual_Screen_Action

  • Manual_Screen_Operator

  • Manually_Screened

  • ManualScreen_DateTime

  • Manually_Cleared

  • Manually_Dispatched

  • Manually_Assigned

  • Manually_PutInFolder_Status

Value & Impact

Including these fields would:

  • Allow teams to track screening delays and manual action timing from a historical perspective.

  • Enable measurement of user efficiency and screening workload

  • Support clearer distinction between automated and manual workflows

  • Provide insights for training, staffing, and process improvements

The below dimensions and measures are already available in both Historical and Live datasets:

  • # Manually Screened
  • # Manually Cleared
  • # Manually Dispatched
  • # Manually Assigned
  • Manually Screened flag
  • Manually Cleared flag
  • Manually Dispatched flag
  • Manually Assigned flag
  • Manually Put in Folder flag
