Expanded Export Filter Options

When creating an Export Format in the platform, users are currently limited to just eight filter fields:

  • Registration Code

  • Ticket Folder

  • Status

  • Response Locator

  • Response Contractor

  • Facility Type

  • Customer Name

  • Operator Name

To truly maximize the value of exports and reduce the need for manual data cleanup or repeated report slicing, it would be highly beneficial to expand the available filter fields.

Suggested additions:

  • One Call Center

  • State

  • Ticket Type

  • Ticket Type Category

  • Keyword

  • Work Type

  • Status (to support multi-status filtering)

  • Done For

  • Due Time

  • Smart Score

These additions would empower users to:

  • Extract precisely scoped data sets for targeted reporting

  • Avoid unnecessary timeline reduction to work around volume limitations

  • Minimize post-export data manipulation

  • Align exports more closely with real-world operational, compliance, and performance analysis needs

Customer posted in two separate locations; when reviewing 'ask the community' assuming she had posted in the wrong location, I created a more cohesive request in Product Feedback to accommodate not realizing she had two identical posts.
