Utilisphere needs to notify client system Administrators of known issues.


This will reduce calls Utilisphere receives to their Help Desk. This will also reduce client’s time in chasing an issue irth is already are aware of. If irth can send notifications about system upgrades, then irth has the capability to use that same system to notify an issue. Then again use that system of issue resolution completed.
