I Recently was trying to utilize the Location notes feature under the cog wheel -> ticket management -> -> location notes. My plan for this was a way to let our locating staff aware of safety issues that may be address specific. For example, A locator was recently threatened when performing a locate on the property and the police told us to not enter the property without them on site. When I entered a location note for a ticket that we were submitting as a test it did come through, but I feel that there is room for improvement and needs to be addressed to truly utilize this feature. There is no notification of the location note you have to hover over the icon or click on it. It should show as a notification alert or in the ticket text someway to stand out to get the locators attention. Also, most of the staff uses the desktop App. on their tablet and this feature is not available on the App. I truly believe this would be a useful tool to let locators know of potential safety concerns.
