Admin Training Tracking

As an admin I want to be able to see what training my end users have taken. Currently i am only able to see my list of training. There should be a button that admins see when they go into the training portal. This would lead to a list of users and the training they have completed. additionally, you can add a training button under each user's profile where the user and the admin can access the training history as well. Added a couple scren shots.

Great suggestion... and we are aligned!   As you may know, Irth Training is a standalone product currently.  The 'My Training' experience was the first of the user-experiences to be integrated into Utilisphere, but we will definitely continue expanding on that and adding opportunities for Admin as well.    We also have the concept of a 'Universal Profile' of sorts that I can share below.   This is a conceptual mockup, so its not the final design for this per-say, but it helps illustrate the 2nd idea you stated about viewing a persons profile and their completed training.
