Filters should have the criteria to have Previous Version Response.

Having this criterion would help support in sorting tickets for screener workflow. Would also be highly beneficial to have the criterion for auto process rules; a high percentage of tickets come back through the system with a previous response and having more flexibility to workflow, assign, etc.t. would be productive for the teams that screen tickets.
