1. Enhancements

1.1 Assessment Planning

  • 3.41-1 Tracking Vendor: Added new field that allows user to identify the tracking vendor utilized during an inline inspection, found on AP – Planning tab.

1.2 Integrity Compliance

  • 3.41-2 Conditions with Mill-Related Wall Loss: Created new anomaly conditions that check for current conditions with the added classification code for mill-related wall loss.
Condition Priority CodeDescriptionNew conditions created to include mill-related ML
UCDIAML >= 80% Depth, HCAUCDIA2
UCDIB1ML FPR < 1.1UCDIB1B
UCDIIIDML PSafe < MOP, HCAUCDIIID1A
UDCDIIIE4ML >= 50% Depth, HCAUCDIIIE4A
UCDIBDPML PFail <= Design Pressure, HCAUCDIBDP1

  • 3.41-3 New Gas Monitored Conditions: Created new IC conditions to check for Monitored repair conditions on gas pipelines per US regulations:  49 CFR 192.933(d)(3) and 49 CFR 192.714(d)(3). Business codes for the new conditions are as follows:
Condition Priority CodeDescription
UCDIIID8HCAAMetal Loss preferentially affecting Seam Weld in Class 1: FP/MAOP > 1.39
UCDIIID8NONHCAAMetal Loss preferentially affecting Seam Weld in Class 1: FP/MAOP > 1.39
UCDIIID8HCABMetal Loss preferentially affecting Seam Weld in Class 2, 3 or 4: FP/MAOP > 1.5
UCDIIID8NONHCABMetal Loss preferentially affecting Seam Weld in Class 2, 3 or 4: FP/MAOP > 1.5
UCDIIIC10HCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 1: FP/MAOP >= 1.39
UCDIIIC10NONHCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 1: FP/MAOP >= 1.39
UCDIIIC11HCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 2, 3, or 4: FP/MAOP >= 1.5
UCDIIIC11NONHCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 2, 3, or 4: FP/MAOP >= 1.5
UCDIIIC12HCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 1: FP/MAOP < 1.39
UCDIIIC12NONHCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 1: FP/MAOP < 1.39
UCDIIIC13HCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 2, 3, or 4: FP/MAOP < 1.5
UCDIIIC13NONHCACrack or Crack-like Anomaly Class 2, 3, or 4: FP/MAOP < 1.5

  • 3.41-4 New SSWC Condition: Created a new IC condition for identifying selective seam weld corrosion in a non-HCA. The HCA condition is UCDIIIH4. The new non-HCA version of this condition is UCDIIIH4NONHCA.
  • 3.41-5 Created a new version of condition UCD3210 (Description: Buckles, Ripples or Wrinkles) that includes the classification, Dent w/Others, and removes wrinkle severity threshold. The new condition is UCD3210A.
  • 3.41-6 API 1163 Analysis Results: Added new filter for metal loss sub-class. Tolerance bands on the graph will adjust to the tolerance of the selected metal loss sub-class.

1.3 Dig Management, Threat Monitoring

  • 3.41-7 Dig Number in File Name: Dig number is now added to the file/report name for all documents in an exported Dig Package i.e. Dig Feature Worklist, Repair Template, and KML file. Previously, the files would export with a generic name, causing user to have to open the file to know what dig the file was for.
    • Before: repairexportimporttemplate
    • After: 19-0444 – Repair Template (where 19-0444 is the Dig #)

1.4 Internal Corrosion Module

  • 3.41-8 Updated Coupon Vendor template in ICM - Manage Data, which includes changing “PCS ID” to “Company ID”, add new column "ER Probe Corr. Rate", add "Date Reviewed", and add "Coupon Size". (New/updated columns highlighted in yellow.)

Picture3.png

  • 3.41-9 Added new fields in Action Item Template, so that user can state the "Internal Corrosion Status" (dropdown) and "Mitigation Plan" (open text) of each pipeline system.  (New columns highlighted in yellow.)

2. Bug Fixes

2.1 Integrity Compliance

  • 3.41-10 Added missing "Prior Repair Data" column to exported spreadsheet from Add Anomalies to Analysis - Available Anomalies grid.
  • 3.41-11 Fixed a bug where the Assign Action screen footer was displaying the Description of the Action rather than the Name of the Action.

2.2 Dig Management / Threat Monitoring

  • 3.41-12 Fixed a bug where targeted anomalies were also showing as nearby anomalies in Dig Feature Worklist
  • 3.41-13 Fixed a bug where welds in Dig Feature Worklist were from different systems than the selected system.
  • 3.41-14 Fixed a bug where the validations for uploading a Repair Template were not working correctly with respect to the Recoat Start/End fields.
  • 3.41-15 Fixed various bugs with Dig Feature Worklist
    • a. Fixed a bug where the orientation for nearby features was not displaying in the Dig Feature Worklist.
    • b. Dig Feature Worklist not filtering as client thinks it should i.e. based on the selected dig(s)
    • c. Fixed a bug where the Dig Feature Worklist was not applying the tool run filter.
    • d. Improved performance of Dig Feature Worklist report to address timeouts

2.3 Templates

  • 3.41-16 Updated instructions in Analysis Results template to ensure all scenarios are captured.

Picture6.png

  • 3.41-17 Fixed an issue where the Repair Template was not properly validating Crack Depth % entries.
