ENHANCEMENTS

  • Assessment Planning
    • Improved performance of Assessment Planning search screen
    • New assessment note type available : Transmittal Note
  • Integrity Compliance
    • Added tooltips to the Add Anomalies grid column headings to better explain the business definition of various fields
    • Updated default setup data to limit the list of available actions in Integrity Compliance
  • Dig Management
    • Added the ability to filter by Segment in Dig Management
    • Added the ability to download all attachments from a Dig Plan into a zip file
  • Threat Monitoring
    • Added additional bulk edit fields in Threat Monitoring

  • Alignment Bands
    • Alignment Bands view from the Integrity Compliance Assign Action screen is now available more globally from the Reports menu

    • Added the ability to save custom Power BI reports back into the Reports module and refer back to them later, share them with the organization
    • Added Weld Alignment report to Assessment Planning reports tab
    • Added additional fields to the Unity Plot tooltips
    • Added Compliance Date field to Run Summary report
    • Run Summary report now displays "No Anomaly Found" based on data from the field
  • Import/Export Templates
    • Ability to hide specific template columns per-customer on export.  This will only be allowed for non-required columns. 
      • Note: There is currently no user interface to make these type of changes to the account settings. If a you would like to use this feature, just contact your CIM representative and we can make these changes for your account.
    • Added validation to ensure that OBS Repair ID (TRACKING_MASTER_ID) is unique in repair template data to prevent failed jobs in this scenario
    • Prevent Operating Pressure template data from being loaded with invalid pressure values of 0 psi
    • Improved the Cathodic Protection Survey template filenames to make them more distinct from each other
    • Added a validation to catch duplicate AID_RESULT_ID / TRACKING_MASTER_ID values in repair templates
    • Removed unused System Code & System Name columns from CP Annual Template
  • General
    • Ability to hide additional system modules based on user role / security

    • Ability to setup "Group Approvals" for a workflow process where multiple people are assigned the workflow task, but only one needs to approve
    • Added "Process" column and ability to filter by Process in the Jobs grid

    • Improved handling in Data Management when a user attempts to insert a record that violates a DB unique constraint

    • Replace "Integrity Management Program Status" field with "Regulatory Status" field on the Pipeline Data grids across the app

    • New permission added which allows a user to have read-only permissions to Dig Management and ability to upload attachments into Dig Management , but no edit capabilities.

 

PRODUCT ROADMAP

  • Corrosion Management*
    • Coupon/sampling tracking capabilities to show upcoming and past due
    • Added dual graphics to view current and previous ILI data based on odometer and orientation
    • Incorporate two new Active Internal Corrosion detection algorithms which are invoked during ILI loading
      • Use joint alignment to detect cutouts from previous inspections and count anomalies
      • Determine most active areas on the pipeline based on a statistical analysis of 500' bins

BUG FIXES

  • Bulk add anomalies via a list of Site IDs would fail when providing Site IDs for Girth Weld features
  • Fixed a bug causing the Dig No. field to no longer show up in the Analysis Results export
  • Fixed a bug causing the CP Survey Report Date to appear one day prior to the date specified
  • Fixed titles in System Management screens
  • Fixed a bug causing the header filter row to disappear in the IC Add Anomalies & Analysis Results screens
  • Fixed a bug causing the Save button to become enabled in System Management even when required field Division is not specified
  • Fixed an error that could be logged in the browser console when viewing reports like Assessment Summary
  • Fixed an issue where users would be hidden in User Management if all of their group memberships were removed
  • Fixed an incorrect label on the Extension Due Date field in Threat Monitoring bulk edit
  • Fixed an issue where bulk edit in Threat Monitoring did not properly clear record selections when a new search is performed

  • Fixed a bug where the Last Modified By field would not correctly reflect the user when updating existing Chemical Inventory template data
  • Fixed a bug where the "Crack Growth ID" field in data maintenance displayed only a textbox rather than a drop-down of available options
  • Fixed a bug where non-corrosion anomalies would incorrectly display a "Corrosion Growth Rate" value on the Add Anomalies screen
  • Fixed an issue that caused the "Repair Required" column in the Repair Template to show wrong values in the drop down
