If you select "Require Response" in the "Response Information" screen, photos attached within the App are not recognized if attempting to complete the ticket using the web version. Some locators (due to connection issues) are using the app to take the photo but not completing the ticket at that moment due to how long it takes to process. They later open the website to complete the tickets and receive an error message stating they need to attach a file even though you can see the attachment on the ticket already.

Thanks for the suggestion! Our Product Management team will review this to understand what’s possible, whether it fits our roadmap, and when it could be prioritized.
