New
Require Users to Enter Gap Time When Checking Out
The new Group option “Gap Time Entry at Check Out” allows the system to require users to give a work reason for each period not worked (or delete the period). This happens only if the period not worked is 15 minutes or longer. This feature is only available for the Windows desktop app.
Require Lunch Break
The new Group option “Require Lunch Break” allows the system to remind users to take a lunch break. You type the text of the reminder and set the time between them (“Repeat Lunch Break Message every x minutes after initial prompt”). This option is synchronized with the Windows desktop and Mobile apps.
