New
New “Cancel” Ticket Type Category
Up to this point, Cancel tickets had been put in the Recall ticket type category. Now they are put in the new Cancel ticket type category.
New Area and Regional Manager Columns for Time Tracking
A user’s supervisor is now listed on the Advanced Time Tracking screen in a new Area Manager column. Supervisors who have Area Managers reporting to them are now listed on the Advanced Time Tracking screen in a new Regional Manager column.
Assign Automatically-Created Work Items to the Person who Responded to the Ticket
You can now configure process automation and auto processing rules so that when a work item is automatically created based on a ticket event, the work item can be assigned based on the Located By value from the ticket.
Export Work Item Locations to SHP File
You can now select multiple items from the Item Summary screen and export their location data into a single SHP file (this functionality is already available for tickets).
Improvements
Hidden Map Layers Display on Billing Audits
Billing Adjudication > Reconciliation Settings can now display map layers that are not visible. This means that hidden map layers used for calculating the footage of assets can now be processed in billing audits.
Display Customer Name in Ticket Header (Make Customer Names More Visible)
In Windows desktop and the mobile app, if you have configured the customers feature and a ticket is associated with a customer, the customer name now displays in the ticket header at the top left of the screen. For combined tickets, all unique customers display.
