Map Hyperlink from Verizon Ticket Errors

UtiliSphere receives a ticket from Verizon in Florida.  Verizon changes the ticket format and causes the link back to Sunshine to not work. 


The Problem:

1. Customer selects the incorrectly provided hyperlink in UTS for the ticket and it gives a system error. 

2. Customer selects the incorrectly provided hyperlink in UTS for the ticket and it routes to the ExactTix (our software) and provides a message the ticket is not found. 


Thoughts:

If Verizon is not willing to send us the correct, unaltered ticket format, or a format the provides us the url to create the maplink in UTS.   Can there be a way to turn off the ability to use the map hyperlink by CDC?
