Positive Response Override
When sending a positive response you can now override the registration code with another code.
Email Ticket Action can send the Message Template Instead of the Ticket Text
When emailing tickets, you can now send the message template instead of the ticket text.
Improvements
When Positive Responses use Message Templates, they can Include Ticket Attachments
When sending a positive response with a message template, you can now include the files attached to the ticket.
Fixes
GeoData Viewer counts change when zooming in and out
The ticket counts stay the same regardless of zoom level
Link to Nearby Item action needs to use ticket dig site if there is no one call center dig area
When clicking the Link to Nearby Item action, the system now links to the ticket dig site, if no one call center dig site is available
