Irth Training Release Notes: October 01, 2024

The following release is anticipated to take place October 01, 2024 beginning 10:00pm EST.

WHAT'S NEW:

• Mark Student as Complete!  When viewing the Legacy student profile > schedule section, Admin will now have the ability to hover over an Articulate media item and mark it as complete.  Some of you have repeat issues with student completing certain articulate modules.  
• Contact Support contact information will now display on the user 'My Account' menu.  By clicking on their profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen, Users will see the Account menu.   Located at the bottom of the account menu, your customer support information configured in your admin setup with display.    Contact information can be setup in the Setup > General Information section, by configuring your Support Organization.     For more information on configuring your Contact Support information, Click Here!
• Limitation on Student Retake options have been modified.  Previously, students were able to re-take courses from their past by navigating to them from their complete list.   These courses will no longer allow the retake option if their status is NOT in an Active Statue, or their Browse Training public flags have been disabled.  

WHAT'S FIXED:

• Levels of Learning has been deleted from the Lesson Goals > General Information section.   Levels of Learning was never tied to functionality in the system, and has raised questions with regards to their purpose.   The field have been complete removed from that section.  
• From the new Tag UI, Lesson Goals text was not showing in the display lists.  Now, when viewing a tag, text for the Lesson Goals it is associated to will display.
